ReplyDeleteDoesn't seem to be much of a director-to-director pattern., except the Coen brothers used it in all their films except Ladykillers.
Jarhead but not Revolutionary Road used this.
I'm surprised King Kong wasn't using it.
Also, isn't Curious Case of Benjamin Buttons nominated for best editing?
i don't know if i know the extent to which these films were edited in final cut. maybe all, maybe some. just found it kind of cool.
